At our establishment, customer satisfaction is paramount, and to ensure your confidence in purchasing, we proudly present a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all sealed and unused items returned to our facility and passing inspection.

Providing your order number and details of the items for return will facilitate a prompt resolution.

Our commitment to your satisfaction includes a full refund for your first order within 90 days of purchase, as long as subsequent bottles remain unopened. For bundle or bulk purchases, we refund one opened bottle/container per return. Special offers will be refunded at the price paid, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that all eligible returned items require a Return Authorization, and we are not responsible for items shipped without one. Exceptions to eligible refunds include long or delayed shipping, and returns requested due to processing times will be considered if the item’s processing time exceeds 30 days, as per FTC guidelines.

Upon successful inspection at our facility, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 3-5 days of receiving the package. Please be patient, allowing 7-14 days for your financial institutions to complete the refund processing. Refunds must be returned via the original payment method (PayPal, Amazon Pay, Credit Cards, etc.), or we can issue store credit for a future purchase. Refunds are initiated once the items are returned to the address provided.

Crucial Note: The responsibility for return postage and the provision of a return shipping label rests with the customer.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

Shipping terms are governed by third-party carriers, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or others. While we strive for a positive shipping experience, issues may arise, and we encourage customers to contact us for assistance with lost or damaged items. Correct shipping information is the responsibility of the customer, and rerouting shipments may incur additional charges determined by the carrier.

Return procedures involve obtaining authorization from our customer support team, who can be reached at hello@crocushealth.com, through the on-site chatbot, or by calling +1-800-308-5560. The customer is responsible for the return postage and shipping labels. Returned products, both unused and unopened, must be sent within 90 days from the delivery date and will undergo inspection upon reaching our facility for a full 100% refund.

Kindly send back products that are Open, Unused, and Unopened, ensuring the inclusion of the original invoice within the box to facilitate proper handling. To streamline the refund process, please note that returned packages lacking order numbers cannot be traced for refund issuance.

All returns must reach our offices within 90 days from the date of delivery. For items that are Used or Empty, only one container per order per customer qualifies for a 100% refund. Unused and unopened products returned within 90 days from the delivery date are eligible for a complete 100% refund, subject to inspection and approval upon arrival at our facility.

It’s crucial to note that any replacement or refund does not constitute a concession by our company. We retain the right to thoroughly investigate claims that we suspect may be unfounded or fraudulent.
